Let’s be honest here guys.
How many times have you been lying in bed or watching a movie and thought, “DAMN, I wish I had a jawline like that guy!”

The thing is we are not all genetically blessed.
All through my teen years, I had this downward-sloping jaw with no definition.
I thought it was over for me before it even started…

The scientific term for this is hypertrophy which just means growing muscle mass.
Well, guess what?
Your jaw has muscle the same as almost every other part of your body!
In order to grow a muscle, you need to do something called “progressive overload”.
That just means you need to train it harder and harder each time to force it to grow and adapt.
Your jaw has a muscle in it called the masseter muscle which works exactly the same way.
The problem is you can’t dangle a dumbbell from your mouth so what can you do?
There are a few things you can do to give this muscle a workout and believe me, I’ve tried them all.
