Ich habe davon Kenntnis erlangt, dass die Möglichkeit besteht, der JAWLINER vermarktenden Gesellschaft Resultatbilder von meiner Person zum Zwecke der Vermarktung der Produkte von JAWLINER gegen eine Aufwandspauschale zu überlassen. Ich erkläre mich damit einverstanden, dass diese Bilder bis zu meinem Widerruf zur kommerziellen Vermarktung der Produkte von JAWLINER auf sämtlichen Publikationsplattformen eingesetzt und zu diesem Zweck im Rahmen der Vermarktung verfremdet werden dürfen. Ich wurde darüber belehrt, dass Produktbilder möglicherweise nicht mehr vollständig von Plattformen entfernt werden können. Diese Zustimmung umfasst nicht die Bekanntmachung von personenbezogenen Daten aus oder im Zusammenhang mit dem Kaufvertrag einschließlich Name, Versandadresse und Geburtsdaten.

I have been informed that it is possible to provide the JAWLINER marketing company with result pictures of my person for the purpose of marketing JAWLINER products for a flat fee. I agree that these pictures may be used for the commercial marketing of JAWLINER products on all publication platforms and may be alienated for this purpose within the scope of the marketing until revoked. I have been informed that product images may not be completely removed from platforms. This consent does not include the disclosure of personal data from or in connection with the sales contract including name, shipping address and dates of birth.
