Generally, it’s not very different from regular gum chewing. Yet, there are some hacks on how to make the most of JAWLINER chewing gum.
Firstly, JAWLINER gum is 15x harder than any other gum. This means your jawline training with this gum is more difficult and effective by default.
Therefore, the first rule is to use JAWLINER chewing gum every other day for 10-15 minutes per training session. This schedule allows to grow your jawline muscles as well as giving them time to rest and recover.
Secondly, to make the most of your jawline training with JAWLINER chewing gum, there are a few patterns to follow when chewing.
For example, Brett Maverick suggests the following jawline training model with JAWLINER gum:
Take your JAWLINER chewing gum and start chewing to get the proper gum texture
Chew it intensively for 1 minute on each side of the mouth: right, left, and front
Then chew slowly 10x on each side.

It’s the perfect tool for hard chewing training, that helps to develop your masseter muscle and form a chiseled jawline.
First, take your JAWLINER out of the plastic box and wash it under lukewarm water. Do not use hot water!
Take one of your JAWLINERS and place it on the last two molars on your right side of the mouth.
Chew slowly until you feel the resistance of the JAWLINER and hold for 1 second. Then switch your JALWINER to the other side of your mouth and repeat the exercise once.
Chew quickly but in a controlled manner for another two minutes. Then switch your JALWINER to the other side of your mouth and place it on the last two left molars and repeat the exercise once.
You have successfully managed the warm-up phase. Now the real training begins!
Place the second JAWLINER on the last two molars of the other side.
Make sure that they actually sit on the molars. The first time, check in the mirror.
Chew slowly until you feel the resistance of the JAWLINER and hold for 1 second. Repeat until your jaw muscles become tired from the exercise.
This should take around 2 minutes.
Chew quickly but in a controlled manner for another two minutes. This is your first set. Congrats!
Now relax. Repeat this set 5-10 times every second day.
Look into the mirror and see the difference. You can almost see your jaw muscles growing. Continue the workout and you will have a strong, masculine and attractive jawline in no time (women will notice it, too)!
